The
meeting was called to order by Bill Ringbom, President, at

Treasurer’s Report:
The bank balance was $1,538.34 as of January 31 and $1,776.47 as of
Club Manager’s Report:
(1) There
are sometimes problems caused by a director having to play. We need a flash drive so scores can be backed
up. It was agreed Barbara will buy a
flash drive and give directions to directors for backing up each game. (2) Bridgemate batteries need to be replaced when flashing
lights appear. We have batteries on hand. (3)
Barbara asked if we should consider a time clock but it was decided to
rely on directors to speed up the games.
Old Business: None
New Business: Bill reported the city is requiring us to
have a Certificate of Insurance to cover liability during games which are not
considered to be a “senior activity.” These are the Wednesday night and
Saturday games when the
During interactions with city
personnel, a number of questions arose relative to the club’s history at the
Center. Bill will ask Gary Arthur for a
short statement of the club’s history.
