The ad hoc meeting was called to order by Bill Ringbom, President, at 12:25 p.m. Present were five of the seven Board Members: Mary Neal, Judy Obermeier, Bill Ringbom, Dolores Soll, and Jean Wilson.

The President explained that the meeting had been called because a member who was authorized to sign Club checks, Kandi Osborne, has left the country and we need to provide our bank with signature authorization for one or more additional members. Mary Neal is presently the only person authorized to sign Club checks.

Mary Neal moved that we amend the Club’s signature authorization for our account numbered 0100373695 at the First Bank of San Luis Obispo by removing the name of Kandi Osborne and adding the names of Bill Ringbom and Judy Obermeier. Dolores Soll seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mary Neal will take our request to First Bank and follow up as necessary to make this change.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:32 p.m.
