The General Meeting was called to order by Bill Allen at 11:40 AM. Bill Ringbom went over the Jan. 1 through Oct. 21, 2010 Budget, stating that the General Income was, $8,528.00, the Expenses were $9,808.62, and of those expenses, $2,678.03 were capital expenses. Bottom line is that we have $2,394.59 in the bank, along with $25.00 cash giving us a total of $2,419.59 funds on hand. The Budget was approved by the General Members.

Next order of business was the Nominating Committee. Bill Allen has replaced Jack Wolff as President and all other Board Members remain the same. No other General Members were willing to volunteer for the Board.

The Board was approved by the General Members.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:55 AM.
